Private consultancy to help clients lose weight for life, change their relationship with food, manage symptoms such as poor energy, bloating, painful periods and fatigue and manage health conditions including infertility and PCOS, diabetes, endometriosis, fibro myalgia, Hashimoto’s, eczema, high blood pressure, angina, heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s, anxiety, stress and depression. Services & Prices
My basic rate for nutritional consultancy is £75 per session, which includes all bespoke documentation and research.
For individual consultancy and clinic sessions I require payment upon booking the appointment. For packages of sessions I offer payment plans.
These sessions involve me coming to your house, assessing what you have in your cupboards, fridge and freezer, advising what you should get rid of and suggesting healthier alternatives. I offer a 2 hour Cupboard Consultation for £125. I also offer a 5 hour Cupboard & Recipe Consultation for £240, in which we work together to produce a bespoke book of recipes which will work for you and your family, in addition to the cupboard, fridge and freezer assessment.
Food allergy & intolerance testing
I offer Lifelabtesting food allergy & intolerance blood sample card tests, testing up to 80 intolerances and 40 allergies. These retail at £229 and purchased via me they cost just £175, due to my practitioner status and affiliation with the lab. I also offer a test and one private consultation for £195 and a test and two consultations for £240. Lifelab is the UK’s highest rated lab, for whom I also work as a consultant for their own direct customers.

Weight loss and Return to Health Programmes
My Weight Loss and Return to Health Programmes cost £500 for 10 sessions and the price includes my research, 5 x 7 day menu plans, documentation, support and a menu planning toolkit. These programmes are designed for those who would like support, guidance and mentoring in the context of a longer-term programme.
For these programmes I require 50% to be paid at the beginning of the consultancy programme and the remaining 50% to be paid half way through. In some circumstances I offer additional payment plans.

Private consultancy to help parents tackle issues such as weaning, fussy eating, childhood obesity, childhood IBS, allergies and intolerances, feeding your family healthy food on financial and time budgets and stress over what to put in packed lunches. Or simply to help you ensure you’re giving your children the nutrients they need at each stage of development. Want to engage your staff, improve team dynamics, increase productivity and demonstrate your commitment to their welfare? I run presentations, workshops, body statistics testing (using a Marsden body-fat analyser), allergy and intolerance testing, team-building days and seminars across a vast range of nutrition and wellness topics. A delicious Mediterranean style lunch and refreshments can be included in these services.
I also work with staff canteen managers to compile nutritionally balanced and cost-effective menus that improve the health, happiness, productivity and retention of staff.
My business consultancy is charged at £150 per 60 minutes of contact time, and £75 per 60 minutes of research and document preparation time, from issue of invoice.
