Blackberry Smoothie

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

 

  • Large handful of blackberries
  • 1 banana
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of blackcurrants
  • Large handful of strawberries
  • 250ml fresh orange juice
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of ground mixed seed powder

Method

Add all of the ingredients to a processor and blend!
